FKP was the exclusive importer of JB karts from 1998 through 2002.

The factory that produces the JB karts(and are now called "Worldkarts"); Joost Boxoen Kartsport NV in Belgium
changed its name to DEKA NV on September 19, 2003 and filed for bankruptcy
on September 26, 2003 under doubtful circumstances.
In October 2003 there was a public sale of all assets, but the production-
tooling had disappeared.

Both our customers and vendors know that FKP is an independent US company
and is unrelated to Joost Boxoen Kartsport NV and continue to do business
with FKP.

Although the factory went bankrupt, FKP is committed to continue to service
and support our customers who run JB Karts. FKP now works with the original
vendors of Joost Boxoen Kartsport NV to source the spare parts for these
karts.

Joost Boxoen now does business under the name "WorldKarts".
